-It is tamagoyaki.
Tamagoyaki
Bento is what we call for lunch box in Japan. A plain omelet is called tamagoyaki in Japanese because tamago means egg and yaki means frying. We use this special small pan to make an egg in a beautiful rectangle shape. I wrap the bento box in the cloth every morning and it is ready to be eaten.
