When I was small, my mom used to make bean-thread salad in summer time. I modified her recipe a little bit in my own way. It is my favorite summer dish ever.

While we strolling around Kirkland waterfront we saw a beautiful sunset. There was not too much smoke from the fire in the south. Looks like the cows were prepared for it.
When we drove around Enumclaw, WA, we found this nice little park. It has trails to the top of the hill and the trails continue to the other side of the mountain. One of the great things about living in PNW is easy to find a trail connecting us to nature.
